Up to (5) Planning Meetings
Assistance with creative direction/design and color palette
Assistance researching and booking up to 3 vendors
Attendance with design/vendor meetings
Floor Plan Layouts
Provide creative solutions and support (through preferred communication)

Month of/Day of Coordination: $750
Pre-wedding:
You pick the details and vendors,
I’ll step in 4-6 weeks out to finalize logistics and plans to ensure your vision comes to life.
Up to (3) Consultation Calls:
(1) within year of wedding, (1) 4-6 weeks before wedding, (1) 2 weeks before your wedding)
Assistance with the Wedding Timeline
Ceremony Planning
4-6 weeks out: Communication with Vendors for Logistics/Timeline

Wedding day:
Up to 8 hours of coordination
Personal decor set up
On-site coordination
Errands as needed: flowers, desserts, lunch
Organization of wedding details
Managing the wedding timeline
Point of contact for bridal party, guests, and vendors
Overseeing preparation
Co-manage photo formal guest list
Resolving issues as they arise

Optional Add Ons:
Rehearsal
Additional hours ($75/hr)
Oversee end of night load-out (decor, gifts)

Wedding Dates are on a first come, first serve basis. Pricing is subject to change.

I offer a manageable retainer fee and signed contract to book services.
Payment options available for remaining balances.
Remaining payment due 1 month before the event.
